Our story

HCLabs was founded by Sharon Wolf Newton, Jason Ichen and Todd Newton to provide Field Training functionality for regulated and compliance driven organizations who required additional technology to manage and deliver their field training and compliance-driven training needs. They set out to build beautiful solutions that delivered ease-of-use for field users and provided the metrics required to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

While HCLabs started with a focus on expanding SAP’s Learning Solution and Enterprise Learning functionality, with a pivot to support the needs of SuccessFactors, our Cloud solutions now easily integrate with other Learning Management Systems, including SuccessFactors Learning and Workday Learning. Our products also support standalone scenarios and alternative LMS integrations.
